Visual Thinking

Poor communication is often cited as the cause of many failed projects. Why? Because communication is often too complex or poorly articulated.

Visual thinking is a technique that simplifies the messaging through the use of animations or pictures. Whiteboard animations are excellent for portraying a complicated message to an audience of all levels, Big pictures are ideal for presentations where they can be talked through and discussed and ‘Top Trump’ and ‘Illustrated Day In The Life Of’ (iDITLO) pictures, are excellent at describing past or future operational scenarios to frontline staff.
